Public enquiries
Trial and contact forms collect the contact details and message needed to respond. They do not ask for exact dates of birth, gender or detailed medical information. Enquiries are accessible only to authorised administrators and are retained with a status history.
Student and guardian accounts
Accounts are created or invited by administrators. Students see their own profile, history and eligible syllabus. Guardians see only linked students. Authentication is provided by Supabase Auth; the application never stores plaintext passwords.
Analytics
Website usage may be measured to improve the service. Personal enquiry details and protected student syllabus information are not included in analytics events.
Your information
Contact Strong Taekwon-Do if you want to ask what information is held about you or request a correction. Information is limited to what is needed to respond to enquiries, manage accounts and provide the student service.
